Focus on DLF Phase 3

DLF Phase 3 has emerged as a key area of concern, particularly within the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) housing segment. Here, over 83% of units were identified as being in violation of norms, including illegal structural modifications and the misuse of residential spaces for commercial purposes.

Compliance and Restoration Timeline

DTCP enforcement officer Amit Madholia stated, “Our actions are aligned with the high court’s guidelines and the action taken report. We are committed to restoring compliance and ensuring accountability from all defaulters.”

The DTCP plans to complete the issuance and display of all notices by January 31. Following this, restoration orders will be issued, granting violators a grace period of 7-10 days to take corrective measures.

Upholding Zoning Regulations

This enforcement drive highlights the DTCP’s determination to ensure residential areas adhere to zoning guidelines. Property owners are urged to address violations promptly to avoid further penalties and contribute to maintaining the integrity of residential zones in Gurugram.
