This strategic purchase unlocks a massive 2.73 million square feet of potential developable area, setting the stage for transformative projects that cater to mid-income housing demand in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The acquisition, completed through a sale deed on January 10, 2024, reflects Signature Global’s strategic vision for the region. Interestingly, the company has also terminated a prior Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for this parcel, which was executed in February 2024. This change positions Signature Global as the sole developer, granting it complete control over the site’s future development.
Focus on Mid-Income Housing
Signature Global’s focus on mid-income housing remains steadfast, with homes priced in the ₹2-3 crore range—a segment that has shown consistent demand in Gurugram and the NCR. Over the past nine months, the company has achieved robust quarterly sales of ₹2,500-3,000 crore, driven by steady new project launches.
